Po świetnym i doskonale sprzedającym się GTA III, ekipa Rockstar postanowiła zaatakować po raz kolejny. Był rok 2002, kiedy właściciele PS2 dostali w swe ręce kolejną część tej kontrowersyjnej serii. Tym razem gra nie została oznaczona nowym numerem, lecz zyskała podtytuł Vice City, a jej akcja – choć powiązana z wydarzeniami z "trójki" - nie była bynajmniej ich kontynuacją. Wręcz przeciwnie, Vice City okazało się być prequelem, przenoszącym nas w lata osiemdziesiąte.
To zresztą do dziś największy atut gry – wręcz rewelacyjnie oddano klimat tamtych lat, choć swego czasu wzbudziło to sporo kontrowersji u zagorzałych fanów serii. Nie spodziewajmy się tu bowiem ciężkiego klimatu, charakterystycznego dla poprzedniej części. Współczesne Liberty City, nieco ponure i brudne, zastąpione zostało światem rodem ze znanego serialu Policjanci z Miami. Słoneczne bulwary, szerokie plaże, dominujący nawet w interfejsie gry różowy kolor, białe spodnie i pastelowe marynarki, kolorowe neony, pocztówkowe niebo i wszechobecne palmy. Tak wygląda świat Vice City, w którym bogacze wylegują się na swych olbrzymich jachtach, młodzi podrywacze lansują się w kabrioletach, a gdzieś w tle toczy się bezlitosna walka o wpływy, kontrolę nad miastem i wielkie pieniądze.

2. Wyświetli się okienko Key Required, kliknij w nim przycisk - ok
3. Wyświetli się okienko Enter Key. Skopiuj i wklej do niego nazwę i klucz
(znajdziesz je w pliku .txt wewnątrz archiwum z grą).
4. Kliknij ok, wyświetli się okienko Key Valid, kliknij jeszcze raz ok. Gra się uruchomi i już można grać.
